Everything you need to know about Ligue 1+'s plans for Ligue 3 Betclic, with the platform set to become the competition's exclusive broadcaster from Friday 7 August 2026 until 2029.

Ligue 1+ will show every Ligue 3 Betclic match live and exclusively from the 2026/27 season through to 2029, as part of its wider coverage of French football.

Every round of fixtures will receive extensive editorial coverage, with a simple weekly schedule designed to give the division, its clubs and its players greater visibility than ever before.

309 -- Ligue 3 Betclic matches broadcast each season

9 -- Matches shown live and in full every matchday

20 -- Commentators involved across the season

THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

With the exception of the opening three rounds – played on Friday 7 August, Friday 14 August and Thursday 20 August 2026 – and the final two matchdays of the season, on Friday 14 and Friday 21 May 2027, which will all be shown as full multiplex programmes, the other 29 rounds will follow the same format.

Thursday nights will begin with a standalone fixture from 20:15, giving Ligue 3 its own prime-time slot without clashing with France's other domestic competitions.

On Saturdays from 14:30, the remaining eight matches will be covered in a live multiplex, while supporters will also be able to watch each game individually on Ligue 1+'s additional channels.

Ligue 3 will then feature in a dedicated segment during Ligue 1+'s Saturday evening magazine programme.

THE BROADCAST TEAM

Historic clubs, local rivalries, emerging young players, unusual career paths and passionate fanbases will all form part of Ligue 1+'s coverage throughout the season.

A dedicated editorial team will work closely with clubs and their local communities to tell the stories behind the division, both on and off the pitch.

Timothée Maymon (pictured left alongside Marc Libbra in the main image) will lead Ligue 3 coverage on Ligue 1+. He will present the Thursday night fixture from the stadium as well as the weekly Saturday multiplex.

Hamza Rahmani and Jérémy Clément will provide commentary from the ground for the Thursday fixture. Clément will also be part of the Saturday multiplex team, with Emmanuel Moine commentating on the featured game and a wider team covering the other matches.
