Transfer Window Dates Confirmed for the 2026/27 Season
The dates for the 2026/27 transfer windows have been confirmed following a decision by the Board of Directors.
The summer transfer window will officially open on Monday, 15 June 2026, giving clubs across French professional football the opportunity to strengthen their squads ahead of the new campaign. The market will remain open throughout the summer before closing on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 19:59 (local time).
Attention will then turn to the winter transfer window, which is set to begin on Friday, 1 January 2027. Clubs will have one month to complete their mid-season business, with the market closing on Monday, 1 February 2027 at 19:59.
The confirmed dates provide clubs, players and supporters with a clear framework for squad planning ahead of the 2026/27 season. As ever, the summer window is expected to be the busiest period for recruitment, while the January market will offer teams a chance to address any needs that emerge during the first half of the campaign.
