Rules – LIGUE 1 MCDONALD’S & LIGUE 2 BKT CONTESTS*The terms and conditions (T&Cs) of these free prize contests are drawn up in English and governed by French law. For the sake of clarity, participants are invited to contact communication@lfp.fr to receive a French translation of these T&Cs.ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION OF THE GAMEThe company FILIALE LFP 1, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 911 615 300 and with its head office at 34 Boulevard de Courcelles, 75017 Paris (hereinafter referred to as “LFP Media” or “the Organiser”), will organise a series of prize contests (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Game”) across each round of fixtures in Ligue 1 McDonald’s and Ligue 2 BKT (hereinafter referred to as “the Competitions”) during the 2025–2026 season.Each session of the Game will consist of a quiz related to the Competitions. The dates and times of each Game session will be announced by the Organiser via the Competitions’ social media and/or websites beforehand.After each session of the Game, the participants will be entered into a lucky draw in order to determine a winner. There will be one winner per Game session.The Game is free, with no obligation to buy, and will take place as described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”).The Game will be hosted on one of Ligue 1 McDonald’s social-media channels.The Game will be accessible via the Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, WhatsApp, TikTok and Instagram accounts of the Organiser’s Competitions. This operation will be neither organised nor sponsored by Facebook, X, Discord, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Google, Apple or Microsoft.The personal data collected is intended for the Organiser and not for Meta (the owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), X, Discord, TikTok, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

Internet Game Contest Terms and conditions (“T&C”)

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Participation in the Game is open to adults and to emancipated minors. However, minors over the age of 13 may also take part provided that they have obtained the permission of their legal guardians. The Organiser may ask any minor taking part to provide proof of this permission and, if necessary, may disqualify any participant who cannot provide this proof.
The Game is open to anyone with Internet access and a valid e-mail address, with the exception of the Organiser’s employees and their families as well as any person involved in the creation of the Game. The Game is limited to one entry per person and per session.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the entries of anyone who registers themself for the Game several times under different identities and/or accounts or by providing inaccurate information.
Participants give their permission for any checks to be carried out on their identity, their e-mail address, their postal address (including their post code and country of residence), their telephone number, their ID card or passport (if they live in Central America, South America, Africa or the MENA region) and their tax number (if they live in Mexico or Brazil). As such, the Organiser reserves the right to ask participants to provide a copy of the documents attesting to these details.

It is strictly forbidden to modify or to attempt to modify the Game’s features by any means whatsoever, in particular in order to modify its results or to influence, by automated or unfair means, the validity of the draw or the designation of a winner. If it transpires that a participant has been drawn or has apparently won a prize in contravention of these Rules, by fraudulent means, such as an automated search or the use of an algorithm, or by means other than those resulting from the process described by the Organiser via these Rules, the prize concerned will not be awarded to them and will remain the property of the Organiser, without prejudice to any legal proceedings that may be brought against the participant by the Organiser or by third parties.
The Game is governed by French law and by the regulations applicable to games and contests. The Game is accessible worldwide.
The Organiser reserves the right to draw another winner in the event that the initial winner is disqualified due to non-compliance with these Rules.
The mere fact of taking part in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Rules.
 

ARTICLE 3 – METHODS OF PARTICIPATION
Each session of the Game will take place exclusively on the dates and on the websites indicated in Article 1.
Participants will take part in the Game by:
- sharing a piece of content posted by the Ligue 1 English account on X
- replying to the piece of content with DEMBELE
- following the Ligue 1 account 
These three steps are cumulative and must all be carried out in order to take part in the Game.
 

ARTICLE 4 – DETERMINING THE WINNERS
The winner(s) will be determined via a lucky draw within seven days of the end of each Game session.
The winner(s) will receive a direct message within seven days of the draw, via the account that they used to take part in the Game, confirming the nature of the prize that they have won and how to receive it. Any winner that does not respond within three days of being notified of their win will be deemed to have forfeited it, in which case the prize will be awarded to a new winner. In the event that the new winner also fails to respond within three days of being notified of their win, the Organiser will carry out another draw. If no winner responds within the aforementioned deadlines, the Organiser reserves the right not to award the prize at all.
The winner(s) will be determined following a check regarding their eligibility to win the prize in question.
The Game’s participants give advance permission to the Organiser to publish their name/username as part of their participation in the Game, for use as follows:
- in promotional documents distributed as part of the Organiser’s activity
- in print media, on digital platforms and on social media in order to advertise the results of the
Game Participants acknowledge that any use of their name cannot violate their privacy and, more generally, the rights of any third party.
If a session of the Game results in several winners being drawn, the prizes will be awarded to these winners in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 below.
 

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
Each session of the Game will contain one or more prizes, which will be awarded chronologically to the eligible participant(s) drawn at random and declared as the winner(s). Furthermore, in the event that there is more than one winner, the first participant drawn will be awarded the prize with the highest value, the second participant drawn will be awarded the prize with the second highest value and so on.
The values of the prizes range from twenty-five (25) to five hundred (500) euros. One prize will be awarded per winner and per Game session.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the prizes to be won:
- Paris Saint-German jersey (Dembélé – number 10)
The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize of equivalent value, particularly in the event that the initial prize becomes unavailable.
The prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The Organiser may not be held responsible for the use, the non-use or even the trading of prizes by the winners. In the event of force majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
 

ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFYING THE WINNERS AND PARTICIPANT ELIMINATION
Participants give their permission for checks to be carried out on their identity and on all information included in their participation form. Where the participant is required to complete a form and this form is not completed in full and/or contains incomplete or false contact details, their participation will not be taken into consideration and the participant will be eliminated from the Game. Likewise, non-compliance with these Rules, the use of insults or disrespectful and/or inappropriate terms towards the Organiser or towards other participants as well as any instance of fraud or attempted cheating, regardless of the method used, will result in the participant’s outright elimination.
 

ARTICLE 7 – MODIFYING THE GAME’S DATES AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF PRIZES
The Organiser may not be held in any way responsible, in the event of force majeure or of events beyond its control, if it were to cancel this Game in its entirety or one or more of the Game’s sessions. It also reserves the right, for each Game session, to extend, limit or postpone the participation period or to modify the conditions without being held responsible in this respect.
Additions and modifications to these Rules may be published during the Game and will be considered as annexes to these Rules.


ARTICLE 8 – USE OF THE WINNERS’ IDENTITIES
If they are declared as winners, it is expressly agreed that the Game’s participants authorise the Organiser to use, for communicative, promotional and/or advertising purposes, their first and last names and/or username as well as their postal address (including their post code, city/town of residence and country of residence), their e-mail address, their telephone number, their ID card or passport (if they live in Central America, South America, Africa or the MENA region) and their tax number (if they live in Mexico or Brazil), without restriction or reservation and without this conferring upon them any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever other than the awarding of their prize.
 

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND LIABILITIES
The Organiser shall not incur any liability whatsoever if it were to cancel the Game, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions, including in cases of force majeure, of events beyond its control or of justified necessity. In particular, the Organiser, its service providers and/or its subcontractors decline all liability in the event that (i) access to the aforementioned websites, digital platforms and/or social media becomes unavailable over the course of the Game’s duration, (ii) there is a malfunction for which it is not responsible or (iii) the information provided by participants is destroyed for a reason for which it is not responsible.
Participation in the Game implies the acknowledgement and the acceptance of the characteristics and the limits of the Internet, the lack of protection regarding certain data against possible misappropriation or piracy and the risk of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. The Organiser declines any direct or indirect liability for any misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, to Internet access, to maintenance, to a malfunction of the Game’s servers or of any other technical connection or to the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or any software stored on their computing equipment from any attack. Any person logging into the aforementioned websites or social media and participating in the Game does so under their entire responsibility. The Organiser may not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of a participant’s rights related to their connection or to the awarding of prizes, unless it can be shown that the Organiser is guilty of gross negligence. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who interferes with the Game’s registration process and to cancel, shorten, modify, postpone, extend or suspend the Game in the event that the Game’s servers malfunction, particularly as a result of bugs, alteration, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical anomalies or any other cause that is attributable to the participant and that affects the administration, the security, the fairness, the integrity or the proper functioning of the Game.
The Organiser will do its utmost to allow access to the Game. The Organiser may, at any time, in particular for technical, update-related or maintenance reasons, suspend access to the aforementioned websites and digital platforms and to the Game. The Organiser may not be held in any way responsible for these suspensions or for their consequences, and no compensation may be claimed in this respect. Participants are informed that when they access the Game, a cookie may, if necessary, be stored on their computer’s hard drive. Cookies are small computer files used here to record participants’ navigation on the Game’s website and to identify each participant so that they can access information more quickly without having to re-enter it. These cookies can in no way damage the data stored on the participants’ computers. Participants may refuse this cookie or choose to be notified when it is stored on their hard drive by configuring their browser software (participants are invited to refer to their browser’s terms of use regarding this functionality). Once this configuration is completed, participants will still be able to access the Game and to take part in it.
In addition, the Organiser may not be held in any way responsible for any problems with the delivery or the loss of postal or electronic mail (particularly regarding the delivery of prizes). Any prize that is sent by the Organiser to a winner but that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost for the winner and will remain the property of the Organiser.

In general, the Organiser may not be held responsible for any Internet malfunction or for any delay, loss or damage resulting from the postal and management services.
The images used on the aforementioned digital platforms/applications and social media, the objects represented, the trademarks and commercial names mentioned as well as the graphic and computing elements and the databases forming these are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written permission of these owners, under threat of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
More generally, participants undertake not to publish any content that is obscene, violent, dangerous, racist, discriminatory, contrary to public order or likely to harm the development of minors or to undermine the dignity of persons, nor to glorify crimes against humanity.
Participants assume full responsibility for the content that they publish in a personal capacity and in connection with the Game. They also undertake to indemnify the Organiser against any legal action relating to the content that they have posted.


ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
The images used on the Game’s website, the objects represented, the trademarks and commercial names mentioned as well as the graphic and computing elements and the databases forming the Game’s website are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written permission of these owners.


ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
The Ligue de Football Professionnel as well as its subsidiary, Filiale LFP 1 (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the LFP”), jointly process personal data on the following legal bases and for the following purposes:
- the execution of these Rules, i.e. the running of the Game, which includes the management, the monitoring and the verification of registrations and of the awarding of prizes
- the LFP’s legitimate interest in being able to promote its Game
- consent, i.e. for sending commercial offers and information related to the LFP or its partners
The provision of participants’ personal data (their first and last names, their e-mail address, their postal address (including their post code and country of residence), their telephone number, their ID card or passport (if they live in Central America, South America, Africa or in the MENA region) and their tax number (if they live in Mexico or Brazil)) is necessary for the proper execution of the Game and for the awarding of prizes where applicable. If participants fail to provide this information, their registration and their participation will not be taken into account by the LFP.
The recipients (i.e. the persons having communication with/access to the participants’ data) are as follows:
- the LFP’s internal departments in charge of running the Game and the loyalty programme
- the LFP’s technical service providers
- the LFP’s partners when participants have consented to their data being shared with them
Participants’ personal data is kept for the following purposes and periods:

- managing registrations and participations in games and contests: the data is kept for the duration of the game/contest and is then archived for the applicable statutory limitation period
- sending communications: unless consent is withdrawn, the data is kept for three years from the last time that the participant was contacted
The LFP has appointed a DPO (data protection officer) that can be contacted by e-mail (dpo@lfp.fr) or by post (DPO de la LFP – 34 Boulevard de Courcelles – 75017 Paris).
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable legal provisions, participants have rights regarding the data concerning them (including rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, limitation and withdrawal of any consent given), which they may exercise directly with the DPO under the conditions defined by the aforementioned regulations.
Participants may also lodge a complaint with French data protection authority CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés) directly via its website: cnil.fr/en


ARTICLE 12 – JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES
Any dispute over the interpretation of these Rules will be settled by the Organiser.
Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of (i) all of the provisions of these Rules, (ii) the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, codes of conduct, etc.) and (iii) the laws and regulations in force on French territory and in particular the provisions applicable to games and lotteries. No request made by telephone or in writing regarding the interpretation or the application of these Rules, the Game’s mechanisms or procedures or the list of winners will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Game will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Organiser’s Game systems has evidential value in any dispute with regards to login details and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game.
Prior to any legal action relating to or in connection with these Rules (in particular their application or their interpretation), participants undertake to make an amicable and informal appeal to the Organiser. Participants are subject to French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts that have jurisdiction over the Organiser’s head office, except in the case of public policy provisions to the contrary.
