En Avant Guingamp 2-0 Toulouse FC

It was a Ligue 1 McDonald's and Ligue 2 BKT clash as Toulouse welcomed Guingamp to the Stadium de Toulouse. Despite being on the road and facing a club from France's top flight, Les Rouge et Noir pulled off the upset.

After a scoreless first half, the goals came in the final 45 minutes. Rayan Ghrieb delivered a perfect free kick into the box, and Kalidou Sidibé outjumped everyone to head in the opening goal in the 52nd minute against his former club.

Guingamp added an insurance goal in the 89th minute to seal their win as the away side capitalized on a costly mistake by Rasmus Nicolaisen to grab a second goal, courtesy of Tanguy Ahile.

Stade Briochin 2-1 OGC Nice

Toulouse falling wasn't the only surprise of the night as Stade Briochin secured a come-from-behind win over Nice at Stade Fred-Aubert.

In the 55th minute, Stade Briochin failed to clear a cross from the left, and Sofiane Diop took a shot from the edge of the box. It didn’t go on target, but Tom Louchet was there to redirect the ball into the net

Nice was nearing a victory to advance to the next stage of the Coupe de France, but Stade Briochin scored two goals in the final minute of the contest to shock the Ligue 1 McDonald's club.

Boubacar Diakhaby took a shot from a cross on the right, sending the ball low to the ground. It bounced on the uneven pitch and ricocheted off Hugo Boudin’s heel, ultimately finding the back of the net in a stroke of luck for the game-tying goal in the 88th minute.

When the contest seemed it would go to a penalty shootout, Stade Briochin secured the game-winning goal in the second-half stoppage time. Boudin secured his brace after he finished off a counterattack, scoring from close range to give Saint-Brieuc a 2-1 lead in added time and the victory.

Angers SCO 3-1 RC Strasbourg

The action started quickly in this contest between two Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs, with Angers SCO taking the lead in the second minute. Esteban Lepaul opened the scoring after a brilliant team move between Zinedine Ferhat and Yassin Belkhdim, who played the perfect ball to Lepaul, leaving him with a simple finish to make it 1-0.

Strasbourg responded quickly in the 13th minute after Félix Lemaréchal started the play, linking up with Andrey Santos. The Brazilian returned the ball to him in the box, and the young Strasbourg player slotted it past the Angers goalkeeper to equalize.

The contest didn't stay tied as two minutes later, Angers retook the lead as Lepaul was sent through on the right side of the box. Karl-Johan Johnsson hesitated to come out, giving the Angers player a chance to slide the ball into the near post and quickly put his team back in the lead.

In the second half, Angers scored the insurance goal to seal the win and advancement to the quarterfinals. As soon as Farid El Melali stepped onto the pitch, Haris Belkebla played him through on the edge of offside, and El Melali took on Johnsson, lifting the ball over him with a beautiful chip goal.

AS Cannes 5-3 SU Dives-Cabourg

The only Coupe de France Round of 16 matchup not to feature Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs saw Cannes score three goals in the first half and two in the second to secure the victory in a high-scoring affair against Dives.
