Angers SCO were one of just a few Ligue 1 McDonald's teams to impress this evening

In a lively evening of Coupe de France Round of 32 matches, Ligue 1 McDonald's sides hardly had it all their own way, with Olympique Lyonnais stunned by amateur side Bourgoin-Jallieu and Racing Club de Strasbourg taken to penalties by fifth-tier ES Thaon. Here's our roundup of how the top flight sides did ahead of PSG's late match.

Bourgoin-Jallieu 2-2 Olympique Lyonnais (4-2 penalties)

Young striker Mehdi Moujetzky opened the scoring and then pulled the hosts level after Nemanja Matic and Georges Mikautadze had put Les Gones ahead. In the penalty shootout, both Alexandre Lacazette and Corentin Tolisso failed to convert, allowing the amateurs to progress in a shock result.

Stade Brestois 2-1 FC Nantes

In an all-Ligue 1 McDonald's affair (and a Breton derby) the hosts held on for a 2-1 win thanks to first-half goals from Abdallah Sima and Brendan Chardonnet. Teenage substitute Herba Guirassy pulled one back for Les Canaris, but it wasn't enough to take the match to extra time.

ES Thaon 2-2 RC Strasbourg (3-5) penalties

In Epinal, Racing ran out to a 2-0 lead thanks to a double from 17-year-old Rayane Messi, but the hosts battled back gamely to force extra time on a foggy night. In the shootout, Racing made all of five of their spot kicks and benefited from a crucial save by Karl-Johan Johnsson.

Quevilly-Rouen 2-3 Angers SCO

While Le SCO probably would have preferred to avoid such a narrow scoreline, they were largely comfortable in a match that saw them twice take a two goal lead before the northern side scored a penalty in stoppage time.

ESTAC Troyes 1-0 Stade Rennais

Stade Rennais' miserable run of form continued despite their recent acquisitions against ESTAC Troyes. With both Brice Samba and Seko Fofana in the eleven, the hosts still ran out 1-0 winners thanks to a strike by Rafiki SaĂŻd just before the hour.

Toulouse FC 2-1 Stade Lavallois

After scraping by amateurs Hauts-Lyonnais in the previous round, Les Violets rode first-half strikes from Charlie Cresswell and Denis Genreau to what was an ultimately a comfortable win for Carles MartĂnez Novell.
