Olympique Lyonnais' Georges Mikautadze was in the starting 11 for Georgia as the 23-year-old scored in the second half to cut the visitors' deficit to 2-1. Saint-Étienne attacker Zuriko Davitashvili came off the bench for Georgia in the 36th minute and played 54 minutes in the loss.
FC Nantes' Sorba Thomas came off the bench in the 73rd minute to play 17 minutes for the home side's lopsided victory.
Paris Saint-Germain defender Willian Pacho was in the starting 11 for Ecuador and played 90 minutes in the impressive road win. For Colombia, Stade Rennais' Andrés Gómez came off the bench and played briefly in the second half stoppage time.

OGC Nice's Jeremie Boga, Angers SCO's Jean-Eudes Aholou, Le Havre's Christopher Operi, Reims' Emmanuel Agbadou, and RC Strasbourg's Guela Doué were in the starting 11 for Côte d'Ivoire. Monaco's Krépin Diatta and Strasbourg's Habib Diarra were in the starting 11 for Senegal. Diarra scored a brace with his goals coming in the 35th and 51st minute as it was enough for Senegal to secure the victory.
Diarra played 70 minutes and Diatta played the full 90 minutes while Monaco's Lamine Camara came off the bench in the 70th minute to play 20 minutes.
Lille's Jonathan David and Nice's Moïse Bombito were in the starting 11 and played 90 minutes for the Canadians, while OM's Ismaël Koné played 26 minutes, and AJ Auxerre's Theo Bair saw nine minutes of action coming off the bench. David continues his impressive goal-scoring form with Canada, recording the opening goal in the 23rd minute.
