The Ligue 1 Pass is a digital subscription service which gives fans access to all Ligue 1 McDonald’s content, live and VOD.
The Ligue 1 Pass can be accessed on web and app on all your devices and soon on streaming devices.
SUBSCRIPTION
The platform can be accessible through 2 types of subscription :
Monthly Pass – £9,99 month
* Live Matches subject to regional broadcasting restrictions, including the UK 3 p.m Blackout
Season Pass - £79,99 season (with a degressive price throughout the season)
Full Season Pass terms run through May 31st, 2025 and will auto-renew at full season prices on or around June 1st, 2025.

You will find on the Ligue 1 Pass:
All match replays will be available within hours of broadcast, or at least on the Monday morning following the weekend.

If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, go to the Ligue 1 Pass log-in screen and click the link that says, ‘Forgot your username or password?’
You will then come to a screen that asks for your email address. Enter your valid email address associated with your Ligue 1 Pass account and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
The email will contain a link directing you to reset your password.
Your Ligue 1 Pass membership must be cancelled through the same store or method it was purchased.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, we will no longer invoice you for membership and your most recent payment to us will be your last.
You will still have full access to the Ligue 1 Pass until your current month’s subscription is over. For example, if you started your monthly subscription on the 1st of January and you cancel your monthly subscription on the 20th of November, you will still have full access to the Ligue 1 Pass until midnight on the 30th of November.
Monthly subscriptions are refundable on a Resident-by-Resident basis.
To view your invoice, go to Ligue 1 Pass / Account. Within the section ‘Payment History’, click the ‘View’ button.

The Ligue 1 Pass is available on the following devices:
No – your Ligue 1 Pass allows you to watch video content on one device at a time. You can have multiple login sessions open simultaneously, but will not be able to watch multiple videos at the same time.
If you receive the following message, ‘You are currently watching a video on another device’, you will need to close your previous session and refresh your device/browser to begin watching content on a separate device.
One of the most co mmon issues seen by Ligue 1 Pass users is that of weak an interrupted internet connectivity within their home Wi-Fi Networks. If you see constant buffering or loading circles or frequent changes in the quality of your streams, try these troubleshooting steps:

When trying to access a live Ligue 1 Pass event, if you are seeing a continuous loading circle or connection error within the video player, this may be resolved by signing out of Ligue 1 Pass, clearing your web browser’s cache, and relaunching the browser.

A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 750kpbs or higher is needed for the Ligue 1 Pass. If you have an internet connection speed of 5.0 Mbps or higher and your computer/device meets the system requirements, you will be able to enjoy Ligue 1 Pass content at its highest video quality.

Make sure you (or others on your network) are not downloading music, movies, or games while you are using Ligue 1 Pass, as these activities consume your bandwidth and may mean you are not getting enough bandwidth to stream the Ligue 1 Pass.
Closed networks, such as the ones found on college campuses, hotels, hospitals, businesses, etc., can cause connectivity issues with live streaming video if certain ports are blocked or restricted.
Despite having a fast Internet connection, Internet congestion can slow down the delivery of the stream, make it difficult for you to connect, or cause buffering. Often the interruption is temporary.
If you repeatedly have problems connecting, please notify your Internet Service Provider. There are often quick fixes they can make when they learn about your issue.
There are several reasons why a stream may have issues. If the stream is taking a long time to load, is consistently buffering, or is of low quality, it could be the following:
The Ligue 1 Pass works best over 4G and Wi-Fi networks. As the Ligue 1 Pass uses adaptive playback that adjusts the quality of the stream depending on your network bandwidth, slower networks or internet connection speeds can reduce the video quality available in the Ligue 1 Pass. Try troubleshooting here, or contact your Internet Service Provider or Mobile Data Provider if you suspect you are getting less bandwidth than you should.
If your CPU is running at or above about 75%, you will likely encounter issues with sluggish or choppy video quality.
To check your CPU usage on a Windows computer, press the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys simultaneously and then select “Task Manager”. Your current CPU usage percentage is displayed under the “Performance” tab.
To check your CPU usage on a Mac OSX computer, launch the Activity Monitor application. Your current CPU usage percentage is displayed under the CPU tab.
If you’re experiencing high CPU utilization, close any unnecessary applications which will help save CPU resources. Also, please check your CPU utilization while the media player is running.
