It would take Morocco half an hour to equalize, with Hakimi scoring at the back post umarked, but Haiti would respond through Wilson Isidor before in-form Ismaël Saibari netted his third goal in as many matches to level the game at the break.
The second half was a tense affair, and it wasn't until the 77th minute that Morocco would take the lead, with Soufiane Rahimi scoring at a corner before Yassine sealed the game in the final minute of regulation time. With the win, Morocco will next be in action in Monterrey, Mexico on Monday night against the winner of Group F, one of Sweden, Japan or the Netherlands.
