It's awards season in Ligue 1 McDonald's, as the Trophées UNFP were held on Monday night in Paris. Find out which stars took home top honors at the end of the year awards.
The first award of the evening was won by Doué, for the second time in a row. Since arriving in the summer of2024 from Stade Rennais, he's been a key creative component for the champions, winning numerous trophies and contributing not only goals and assists but plenty of versatility. Still just 20 years old, he has racked up seven goals and three assists in just fifteen starts in the league, making him a deserved winner.

A year on from being sold by his first professional club, RC Strasbourg, Risser is shining brightly with Lens. Having arrived for the bargain price of €3M, he's kept eleven clean sheets for the northern side, and helped them to the second-best defence, despite several key absences.

The manager named "Wise Stone" has continued to impress since arriving in the north of France, two years on from engineering a remarkable comeback at Lyon, lifting Les Gones from the relegation zone to the European places in half a season. Now in his first season at Lens, he's lifted the club to second place and helped them reach the Coupe de France semifinal, despite several key departures and injuries.

In a trophy-laden year with the capital side, Dembélé has again been the difference for Luis Enrique's side. Winning his second straight award, despite struggling with fitness in the season's first half, is testament to his evolution under the Spaniard, becoming a true global star.
