From Paris FC’s headline-grabbing capture of Ciro Immobile to reinforcements at Lyon, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille and Nantes, deadline day delivered as clubs position themselves for a decisive second half of the season.
Find below the latest moves to Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs as they are confirmed this evening:
RC Lens have officially announced the signing of winger Allan Saint-Maximin, who joins the Artois club until the end of the season.
Currently locked in a tight title race with Paris Saint-Germain, Lens moved decisively in the closing hours of the winter transfer window to strengthen their attacking depth. Saint-Maximin was available as a free agent following his departure from Club América, where he scored three goals in 16 appearances during a brief spell in Mexico.
Now 32, the French winger offers experience, flair and unpredictability to head coach Pierre Sage, giving Lens a different attacking profile as they look to maintain momentum across the decisive months of the campaign.
Saint-Maximin previously featured for AS Saint-Étienne, AS Monaco, OGC Nice and Newcastle United, and now returns to Ligue 1 McDonald’s with an opportunity to relaunch his career within one of the league’s most cohesive and well-drilled sides.
With Lens seeking marginal gains at the top of the table, Saint-Maximin’s arrival represents a low-risk, high-upside addition as the title race enters its defining phase.
Lille OSC have secured the signing of one of French football’s emerging attacking talents, with Lille OSC announcing the arrival of Noah Edjouma from Toulouse FC.
The 20-year-old French U21 international has signed a four-and-a-half-year contract, tying him to the Dogues until June 2030.

RC Strasbourg Alsace have announced the signing of Argentine centre-back Aaron Anselmino on loan from Chelsea FC.
The 20-year-old replaces Senegal international Mamadou Sarr, whose loan has been terminated in order for him to return to Chelsea. Anselmino had initially been sent out on loan to Borussia Dortmund, but was recalled last month before sealing a new temporary move to Alsace.
Formerly of Boca Juniors, Anselmino will continue his development under head coach Gary O’Neil and link up with fellow Argentines Valentín Barco and Joaquín Panichelli. It remains uncertain whether he will be available for Thursday’s Coupe de France tie against AS Monaco.
Lille OSC have officially announced the signing of forward Gaëtan Perrin from FC Krasnodar.
The 29-year-old had been strongly linked with a return to AJ Auxerre, where he previously established himself as a key attacking outlet. However, Perrin instead joins Lille as Bruno Génésio’s side look to add firepower after a difficult start to 2026.
Perrin moved to Russia last summer but struggled to fully settle, despite making 20 appearances in all competitions. Under contract at Krasnodar until 2028, he now returns to Ligue 1 McDonald’s, joining a Lille squad that has won just once since the turn of the year.
FC Nantes have strengthened their defence with the arrival of Abakar Sylla on loan from RC Strasbourg Alsace until the end of the season. The deal does not include an option to buy.
The 23-year-old Ivorian international became Strasbourg’s record signing in 2023 when he arrived from Club Brugge for €20m, but his spell in Alsace has been disrupted by injury and limited opportunities. He has played just one minute of Ligue 1 football this season.
Standing at 1.88m, Sylla joins a Nantes side battling to avoid relegation, with the Canaries having conceded 36 goals in 20 league matches, the third-worst defensive record in the division.
Olympique Lyonnais have announced the signing of Ukrainian international striker Roman Yaremchuk on a loan deal until 30 June 2026, with a €5m option to buy. The loan fee is reported to be €1.5m.
The 29-year-old joins from Olympiakos and arrives in Lyon with extensive experience at the highest level, having played over 400 professional matches across Europe. Standing at 1.91m, Yaremchuk adds a physical and direct attacking profile to an OL squad competing on multiple fronts.
Born in Lviv, Yaremchuk began his career at Dynamo Kyiv before enjoying his most prolific spell at KAA Gent, where he scored 61 goals in 152 appearances between 2017 and 2021. Further spells followed at Benfica, Club Brugge and on loan at Valencia CF.
He joined Olympiakos in 2024, completing a domestic treble (league, cup and super cup), and has scored 117 goals in his club career to date. A regular for Ukraine, Yaremchuk has earned 65 international caps and featured in the country’s qualification campaign for the 2026 World Cup.
The move also sees him reunite with Clinton Mata, a former teammate at Club Brugge, and work again under head coach Paulo Fonseca.
Olympique de Marseille confirmed on deadline day the permanent signing of midfielder Himad Abdelli from Angers SCO.
The 26-year-old has signed a five-year contract with the southern club. According to RMC Sport, the transfer fee is around €3m, excluding bonuses.
Abdelli expressed his enthusiasm after arriving in Marseille:
“I’m very happy, even if it’s happened on the final day of the transfer window. I’m ready to give everything for this club. OM was my first choice and I’m proud to be here.”
The Algerian international joined Angers from Le Havre AC in 2022 and went on to make 119 appearances for SCO in all competitions, scoring 19 goals and providing six assists. After a steady rise, he became a key midfield figure and was named club captain during the 2024–25 season under Alexandre Dujeux.
With Abdelli entering the final months of his contract, Angers secure a valuable fee this winter, following the earlier sale of Sidiki Chérif to Fenerbahçe.
Paris FC pulled off the headline move of deadline day, confirming on Sunday the signing of Italian international Ciro Immobile.
The experienced striker has joined the promoted side until the end of the season, with an option for an additional year. Immobile, who turns 36 later this month and was part of Italy’s Euro 2021-winning squad, arrives from Bologna FC, where he made just nine appearances this season after struggling with a thigh injury.
Recruited for his elite finishing ability, Immobile enjoyed the most prolific spell of his career at Lazio between 2016 and 2024, scoring 207 goals in 340 matches. He was crowned Serie A top scorer (“Capocannoniere”) on four occasions and first burst onto the scene at Pescara, alongside Marco Verratti and Lorenzo Insigne.
Earlier on Monday afternoon, FC Metz announced the arrival of Georgian striker Giorgi Kvilitaia.
Recently released by Aris Limassol, the 32-year-old forward (1.91m, 42 caps for Georgia) has signed a deal until June 2026, adding experience and physical presence to Metz’s attacking options.
Two players departed Ligue 1 McDonald’s on deadline day. Seko Fofana joined FC Porto on loan from Stade Rennais, while South Korean midfielder Hyeokkyu Kwon left FC Nantes to sign for Karlsruher SC.
Sitting 14th in the table, Paris FC also confirmed another addition earlier in the day with the signing of Rudy Matondo.
The 17-year-old midfielder arrives from AJ Auxerre after featuring 16 times in Ligue 1 McDonald’s this season, underlining the capital club’s desire to balance youth development with high-profile experience during their first season back in the top flight.
