Ahead of Matchday 6 in the Europa League and Matchday 5 in the Conference League, we look at what's in store for the four Ligue 1 McDonald's sides in action: LOSC Lille, OGC Nice, Olympique Lyonnais and RC Strasbourg.
After a frustrating loss to Red Star on Matchday 4, Les Dogues have bounced back in impressive fashion, winning each of their last four matches, including a fine defeat of Marseille. Just a point off the top eight in this competition, they'll look to improve their standing against a Young Boys side who have struggled against some of the more boldface names in the competition (Aston Villa, Panathanaikos), but remain dangerous going forward. While injured striker Hamza Igamane will be a miss for Bruno Génésio, Lille should have enough to comfortably edge the hosts, especially with Ethan Mbappé finding form of late.

Off the back of a fourth place finish last season in the league under Franck Haise, much was expected of OGC Nice in Europe this season. To say that they've failed to deliver has been an understatement -- after losing their Champions League qualifier over two legs to Benfica, they've lost all five of their Europa League league phase matches. No other side in the competition has done has poorly, and against Braga, a side who have one of its meanest defences, Haise is expected to rotate heavily, leaving out several players expected to be at AFCON over the next month (Sofiane Diop, Yehvann Diouf and Hicham Boudaoui among others).
Level on points on top of the Conference League table despite their recent domestic struggles, Strasbourg will be looking to seal a place in the top 8 with a win at Pittodrie. Winless in the competition to date, the hosts are unlikely to give Liam Rosenior's side much of a test, but the manager is adamant this match will be a strong focus as they look to get back to winning ways. Key to the Alsatians' hopes will be the return of Valentín Barco, who missed the weekend's match through illness and is likely to be back in the eleven here.

Finally, Lyon, who have twelve points through through five Europa League matches, will look to continue their good form against Dutch side Go Ahead Eagles. After thrashing Maccabi Tel Aviv in the last matchday, Corentin Tolisso is the competition's leading scorer. He'll be back in the eleven tomorrow at the Groupama Stadium as Les Gones look to secure a top eight finish.
