Ligue 1 McDonald's gets back underway as we reach Matchday 12 this weekend in La Hexagone. Paris Saint-Germain will be facing Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday's gala fixture, whilst Strasbourg face LOSC and Olympique de Marseille have an opportunity to finish the week top of the league against Brest on Saturday.
It's the big clash of the weekend as the club from the capital welcome Olympique Lyonnais for the 112th time, as two of the most historically successful sides in Ligue 1 McDonald's face off once more at the Parc des Princes. It looks set to be an entertainer as well, with the last goalless encounter between these two sides dating all the way back to 2009.
Les Parisiens will be hoping to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat to Bayern in the Champions League, whilst Lyon need to get back to winning ways to challenge at the top of the table and potentially finish in second place by the end of the evening.
With a far-from guaranteed outcome between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday evening, a win for Marseille and Roberto De Zerbi could put their Classique rivals under big pressure going into the final game of the weekend. If Les Phocéens can bounce back from a loss to Atalanta midweek in the Champions League, a spot at the top of Ligue 1 McDonald's is all top play for.
Sébastien Pocognoli faced his first setback as Monaco boss after his side were defeated by Paris FC at the Stade Louis II last weekend. They now face the third-placed side in the league in RC Lens for Saturday evening's gala match in the Prinicipality.
Habib Beye's position at Stade Rennais is far from shored up, but Les Rouge et Noir come off the back of a moral-boosting victory over Strasbourg which has breathed new life into the Breton side and Esteban Lepaul, who goes into a clash against the plucky Paris FC having scored a hat-trick in his last match.
The hosts are one of the most exciting teams in Ligue 1 McDonald's with Julio Enciso, Kendry Paez, Joaquin Panichelli, and Valentin Barco all starring. But Les Alsatiens will have to bounce back from defeat last time out to Stade Rennais.
