A Turkish international to Lille

After the departure of Lucas Chevalier, Lille have a new goalkeeper: Turkish international Berke Özer (25 years old). The 25-year-old, who has two senior caps, earned last June, has signed a four-year contract with Lille. He comes from Eyüpspor but has also played for Fenerbahçe and has already experienced international football, with experience in Portugal (without playing) and in the Belgian second division (Westerlo).

Abul samed reinforces Nice's midfield

Ghanaian international midfielder Salis Abdul Samed, 25, has signed with OGC Nice, the French Riviera club announced Thursday evening. He broke through at Clermont in Ligue 2 BKT and then in Ligue 1 McDonald's before making his mark at Lens between 2022 and 2024 under Franck Haise. Last season, he was loaned last season to Sunderland in the English second division. However, he only played ten league matches, hampered by muscle injuries. "After a more difficult last season, we believe he will be able to bounce back under Franck Haise," assured Nice general manager Fabrice Bocquet.

Camara joins a Breton rival

Mahdi Camara is changing clubs but staying in Brittany, moving from one "Stade" to another. The 27-year-old midfielder is leaving Stade Brestois 29 for Stade Rennais FC. A mainstay for Brest for the past three years, notably contributing to Éric Roy's men's fine Champions League campaign, he has scored 12 goals over the last two seasons in the league. The former Saint-Etienne player has signed a contract until 2029.

Lyon "Czech" another box

There's another Czech midfielder at Olympique Lyonnais! After Pavel Šulc, Adam Karabec has arrived. This 22-year-old U21 international has been loaned with an option to buy (a paid loan of 0.3 million with an option to buy at 3.5 million). He arrives from Sparta Prague (141 matches), who loaned him to Hamburg, in the German second division, last season (3 goals and 7 assists in 31 matches).
