When do Ligue 1 clubs return to training?

Although it may seem like the summer has only started, some Ligue 1 Uber Eats teams will be back in training in just two short weeks. Here's all you need to know

A return is getting closer for the 18 Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs. After a well-deserved vacation, the league's players will gradually return to the training pitch starting at the end of June.

Strasbourg and Monaco are first to return, PSG is last

Before a season that promises to be rich, particularly with the club's return to the UEFA Champions League, AS Monaco will be the first to start its preseason, along with RC Strasbourg Alsace. Players from these two clubs are expected to resume training on Monday June 24.

Winners of the Coupe de France on May 25, Paris Saint-Germain will resume traing last, on Monday July 15, a week after two of the promoted teams, AJ Auxerre and AS Saint-Etienne. After a series of friendly matches, the 2024/25 version of Ligue 1 Uber Eats will begin on the weekend of August 17.

Here are the dates in full for all of the Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs:

Monday June 24: RC Strasbourg Alsace, AS Monaco

Wednesday June 26: RC Lens, Stade de Reims

Thursday June 27: Stade Rennais F.C.

Friday June 28: LOSC

Monday July 1: FC Nantes, Havre AC, OGC Nice, Toulouse FC, OM

Tuesday July 2: Stade Brestois 29, Montpellier Hérault SC

Thursday July 4: Angers SCO

Friday July 5: OL

Monday July 8: AJ Auxerre, ASSE

Monday July 15: PSG
