Multiplex Recap: RCSA, AJA Secure Wins; ASSE, Le Havre Draw

Le Havre 1-1 Saint-Étienne

Les Verts took the lead in the 10th minute when Aïmen Moueffek delivered a cross into the box on the right. Lucas Stassin got to the ball and finished with his right foot into the empty net from close range to take a one-goal lead.

In first-half stoppage time, after a cross from the right, Benjamin Bouchouari was penalized for handball, and the referee awarded a penalty to Le Havre. Abdoulaye Touré stepped up to take the shot, but Gautier Larsonneur saved well. However, Touré reacted quickly and slotted in the rebound to score.

Both teams are battling to remain in Ligue 1 McDonald's for next season, so a draw didn't allow either of these two to escape to 15th place and out of the direct and playoff relegation spots.

AJ Auxerre 2-0 Stade de Reims

Auxerre struck twice in less than 10 minutes early in the first half with a goal in the 15th minute and 24th minute. The corner was crossed from left to right, and Theo Bair headed it in from the box to give AJA a one-goal lead.

Reims again conceded to put themselves in a 2-0 hole early. On the second goal, Bair made a run toward the goal and cut into the box. From the right, his crossed shot was saved by Yehvann Diouf, but Hamed Traorè was there to finish from close range.

The loss is tough for Reims, as they're now just one point ahead of Le Havre for the playoff relegation spot and two points above ASSE for direct relegation.

RC Strasbourg 1-0 FC Nantes

The win over Nantes temporarily puts Strasbourg in a European competition spot, highlighting the impressive run Liam Rosenior and his team have been on, winning four of their last five Ligue 1 McDonald's matches.

Strasbourg's latest win came against Nantes and the match wasn't decided until late. After a scoreless first half, Les Bleu et Blanc broke the scoreless deadlock in the 79th minute.

After Dilane Bakwa delivered a cross from the right, Félix Lemaréchal finished with a curled side-footed shot from inside the box for the game-winning goal.
