Koyalipou began his career in France, coming up through Niort's youth system and cracking the first team in 2017. Koyalipou made his professional debut for Niort on December 8, 2017, in a 2–1 Ligue 2 loss to Stade de Reims. Just over a month later, on January 26, 2018, he signed his first professional contract.
After 14 years with Niort, Koyalipou left the club Lausanne-Sport, where he played from 2021 to 2023, with a loan stint at Avranches during the 2022-23 season. The 24-year-old left Lausanne-Sport in 2023 and joined Belgian side Beveren, where he played the 2023-24 season, making 32 total appearances and scoring 17 goals.
Following one season, the forward moved to CSKA Sofia, where he was producing goals at an impressive rate, scoring 15 goals in 17 total matches but midway through this season, Koyalipou returned to France to experience top-flight football in the country.
Lens sporting director Pierre Dréossi praised the signing of Koyalipou, noting that the player's versatility will boost the squad's attack.
"We’re thrilled to welcome Goduine to the team. He’s a complete and versatile striker with an incredible focus on scoring, proven by the 48 goals he’s scored since the start of the 2022-23 season. His unique journey has taken him through leagues with different playing styles, showcasing his adaptability every step of the way.
"Moving to Bulgaria, nearly 2,000 kilometers from home, is a testament to his ambition and determination to succeed. At 24, Goduine brings a mature presence to Racing. His personality is sure to win over our Sang et Or supporters and fit seamlessly into Will Still’s squad."
After Koyalipou scored on his debut, RC Lens manager Will Still also praised the great form the forward showed upon arrival.
"He was playing in Bulgaria until last week. He was ready, both physically and mentally. A player who scores every week? You have to start him. He had a bit of luck with the header, but he finished it well. He did exactly what we expected from him today. It’s a good thing."
RC Lens have also signed a player who has earned seven call-ups to the Central African Republic national team, where he's scored one goal. Koyalipou made his debut for the Central African Republic on September 7, 2023, in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ghana.
