Another weekend of Ligue 2 action has seen more movement at the top of the table, as Bastia saw off Paris FC to top the league whilst Grenoble won big over Martigues (4-0) to climb to third.

Bastia 2-1 Paris FC: Corsicans win feisty affair to top Ligue 2 table

Paris FC succumbed to a second loss in a row as goals from Amine Boutra and Lamine Cissé secured a table-topping win for SC Bastia. In a match which saw three sending offs, PFC opened the scoring via Adama Camara (10'), before Boutra's curled equaliser (21'). Lame Cissé's finish from outside the box saw the Corsican side go ahead, before Tavares was sent off for a reckless challenge.

Minutes later saw Vincent Marchetti sent off, as both teams went down to 10-men. PFC's Jean-Phillipe Krasso's second-half sending off saw the visitors down to nine, as Bastia managed to see out their lead. A third win out of the last five for I Turchini, as Benoît Tavenot's side continued their unbeaten start to the season at the top of the table.

Martigues 0-4 Grenoble: Ligue 2 top-scorer Meïssa Ba on target again in big win for GF38

Grenoble moved up to third place with their third win of the season in style over a struggling Martigues away from home (0-4). The first half saw the home side go down to 10-men when Martigues' Steve Solvet was shown a straight red card, before Grenoble opened the scoring in the second period via Alan Kerouedan's deft finish (50'). Lenny Joseph doubled the lead for Les Grenoblois (60') before Nolan Mbemba rounded the keeper for a third (66') and Ligue 2 top scorer Pape Meïssa Ba capped off the win with a header (70').

Guingamp 2-2 Annecy: Amine Hemia's wonder-strike scrapes late point for Guingamp

The Stade de Roudourou returned to Ligue 2 action after hosting Brest in the Champions League last week, and it saw plenty of goals as Guingamp scored late via another Amine Hemia wonder-volley to earn a draw against 7th-placed Annecy. Veteran Yohan Demoncy opened the scoring with a tap-in early on (4') before Kalidou Sidibé levelled proceedings with a close-range volley (22'). The visitors from the Alps went ahead once more, as Demoncy turned provider for Axel Drouhin's powerful header (65').

The Breton side hoped to avoid a second defeat in a row, and were saved by Amine Hemia late on. The midfielder added another stunning goal to his collection this season, with a well-placed volley on the edge of the box to draw level for En Avant (80'). With the points shared, EAG kept their second spot in the table.
