Mikayil Faye joins Rennes from Barcelona

On Sunday, Stade Rennais announced the arrival of young defender Mikayil Faye from FC Barcelona. Both clubs announced that the Senegalese international has moved for 10.3 million Euros, with the Catalan side inserted a 25 million Euro buyback clause and a 30% sell-on fee clause for the player. The Breton side were in the market for a centre-back following Arthur Theate's loan move to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt. Jonathan Rowe joins Marseille on loan from Norwich City

Jonathan Rowe has completed a season-long loan move to Olympique de Marseille following a standout campaign with Norwich City in the Championship. The 21-year-old winger, who made 56 appearances for the Canaries across all competitions, joins Roberto De Zerbi's side with an initial loan deal that includes an option to buy for £17 million. Rowe, a product of Norwich's academy, made his senior debut for the club in December 2021 during a Premier League match against Crystal Palace. However, it was last season under manager David Wagner that he truly made his mark, scoring 12 goals in 32 league matches and helping Norwich reach the play-offs.
