Panama 3-1 Bolivia
Thomas Christiansen and his team needed a win and a United States draw or loss to advance. Michael Amir Murillo from Olympique de Marseille was in the starting 11 for Panama and played 45 minutes in the victory. The Panamians opened the scoring in the 22nd minute as they took the early lead and a positive result.
Panama faced adversity in the second half as Bolivia scored the equalizer in the 69th minute. The 1-1 result benefited the United States, but Panama responded with two unanswered goals that allowed them to secure a 3-1 win. Los Canaleros would advance, finishing in second place, as their win and the Americans' loss allowed Panama to join Canada as the Concacaf representation.
Uruguay 1-0 United States
La Celeste counted on Paris Saint-Germain's Manuel Ugarte in their starting 11 while the Americans had AS Monaco's Folarin Balogun, but the 22-year-old striker would leave the game in the latter stages of the first half. The two teams played scoreless first 45 minutes in a tightly contested matchup, but the goal fell in the second half.
In the 66th minute, Los Angeles FC forward Mathías Olivera scored to break the scoreless deadlock. The 1-0 result would hold as Uruguay tops Group C, and the United States are eliminated because the loss, coupled with the win from Panama, led to the Central American side advancing.
