As they close in on another championship, here are five key moments from the 2024-25 season that helped pave the way for their 13th league crown.
Over the summer, Enrique and his team bid farewell to Kylian Mbappé as he made the long-anticipated move to Real Madrid. That departure left plenty of questions about how the squad would adjust and whether they could fill the void left by the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.
In their first league match without the 26-year-old, PSG needed to show they could move forward as a collective. Despite the challenge, they made a statement with a late surge, scoring three goals in the final minutes to secure a win and prove they could thrive in the post-Mbappé era.
OM was one team looking to challenge its rival for the Ligue 1 McDonald's title. In their first meeting of the season, the capital club put on a first half show on the road at Stade Vélodrome, scoring three goals. Goals from João Neves and Bradley Barcola along with an own goal by Leonardo Balerdi were enough for PSG to secure all three points.
PSG remain unbeaten in league play, but they’ve had to fight back in several matches to keep that streak alive. Their game against Monaco, who are among the best squads this season, was another example of the Ligue 1 McDonald's leaders overcoming adversity.
Monaco went up 2-1 with two early goals in the second half at Stade Louis II, thanks to goals from Eliesse Ben Seghir and Breel Embolo. Despite being on the road, PSG responded with three unanswered goals, including a brace from Ousmane Dembélé, to overturn the deficit and secure the win.
The capital club didn't need to overcome a deficit in this contest as two players put on excellent performances that allowed the Parisians to secure all three points. Dembélé, who has been in impressive form in 2025, recorded a hat-trick with a goal in the first half and two in the final 45 minutes. If the three goals weren't enough, Gonçalo Ramos provided a brace as PSG capped off an outstanding win over Brest.
PSG delivered another strong performance on the road, with Achraf Hakimi leading the way with his brace in a thrilling battle against Lyon. All five goals came in the second half, as PSG jumped out to a 2-0 lead with Hakimi opening the score first before the hosts pulled one back. Hakimi struck again to restore the two-goal cushion, but Lyon responded late, forcing PSG to grind out a hard-fought 3-2 victory.
