Olympique de Marseille's Amar Dedić was in the starting 11 for Bosnia and Herzegovina, playing all 90 minutes. Dedić and his teammates opened the scoring first against Cyprus in the first half but the opposition leveled the match one-all heading into halftime. Bosnia and Herzegovina found the back of the net early in the second half to take a one-goal advantage and they never let that go.
