With the Copa América in full swing we continue our look at the links to Ligue 1 across all four groups of the competition, finishing with Group D

Brazil (Pot 1):

Brazil's history is rich with links to Ligue 1 -- Neymar, Thiago Silva and Ronaldinho have all turned out for Paris Saint-Germain, while the likes of Juninho (Olympique Lyonnais) and Fabinho (AS Monaco) made their names in France as well. The current squad continues this tradition, with PSG defenders Marquinhos and Lucas Beraldo both having been called up. The long-serving Marquinhos is a veteran for his country, having featured more than 80 times, while Beraldo will be playing in his first major tournament. The pair will be joined by a raft of familiar faces as former Ligue 1 players Gabriel (LOSC Lille), Bruno Guimarães, Lucas Paquetá (both Olympique Lyonnais) and Raphina (Stade Rennais) have all been selected as well.

Colombia (Pot 2):

Like Brazil, Los Cafateros have just one current Ligue 1 player in Racing Club de Lens' Deiver Machado, but the wingback will be joined by several players who have spent time in France's top flight. David Ospina (OGC Nice) is his country's record appearance maker and will aim to build on his 129 caps alongside the likes of James Rodriguez (AS Monaco) and Juan Fernando Quintero (Stade Rennais).

Paraguay (Pot 3):

While some two dozen players for Los Guaraníes have plied their trade in France over the years, of the current squad, only former LOSC Lille defender Junior Alonso and Andrés Cubas (Nîmes Olympique) have played in Ligue 1.

Costa Rica (Pot 4):

With the recent international retirement of goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who left Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent this summer, Los Ticos have no active connections to Ligue 1, although attacker Joel Campbell, who spent parts of two seasons on with FC Lorient, is in the squad, the veteran having made nearly 140 appearances for his country.
